Please read carefully before booking

*** As of March 17th, a credit card will be required at the time of scheduling for all appointments. For more information, please scroll to the bottom of this page. ***

Be sure to look for your confirmation email upon booking your appointment.

If you do not receive one, we will not be able to provide you with the service you are looking for.

Contact us if you need any assistance with your booking, we will be happy to help you.

We greatly prefer in person payments, ideally as cash or check to help us reduce card processing fees!

If you are using a gift card, simply bring it with you.

Please note that we are located on the second and third floor and unfortunately do not have access to an elevator. 

All new clients can book online, sometimes you just need to refresh the page and start over!

Cancellation policy

Please give us as much notice as possible, last minute changes greatly affect us as a small business. To honor our practitioners' time, changes and cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time, as well as appointment no-shows, will incur a fee.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, and if you have any questions about this policy, please reach out to us

Late Cancel/ No-Show Terms:

  • Any appointment cancelled, changed, rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time is considered a late cancellation.

  • In the case of late cancellations, late changes, or no-shows, clients will be charged 75% of the treatment price.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that are beyond any of our control! Blossom is a small business and our hardworking practitioners deserve to be compensated for cancellations that arise with minimal or no advanced notice. Last minute changes inhibits them from the opportunity to fill-in that cancelled spot with a paying client and affects their income greatly. In an effort to acknowledge the needs of both our clients and our staff, we feel the partial charge is a satisfactory compromise and are always happy to work with you on this. Please reach out to us with any questions pertaining to this policy.

Accessibility: we are located on the third floor and unfortunately do not have access to an elevator in this building. If you have mobility issues, please contact us before booking a session.

Please note that Blossom Wellness Center is not a medical clinic and its practitioners are not medical care providers. We do not diagnose or treat disease or prescribe medicine. We encourage you to be under the care of a primary care physician, as the therapeutic services we offer are not substitutes for medical treatment.
